Accepted payment methods include: UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD, where available).

4. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product out of stock
Pricing errors
Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
Delivery limitations to your location

In such cases, any paid amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

5. Customization & Stitching

For products offering customization or tailoring, ensure all provided measurements are accurate.
Goonjasa is not responsible for size-related issues arising from incorrect information shared by the customer.
Custom-stitched and altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless found defective.

All designs, logos, images, text, graphics, and layout on the website are the intellectual property of Goonjasa.

Custom and stitched items are not eligible for return or exchange.
