  • Visual Variations: Due to the artisanal nature of premium ethnic wear, slight variations in embroidery, handwork, or print placement may occur. Furthermore, minor color discrepancies may happen due to international screen settings, studio lighting, and digital photography.

  • Sizing Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to consult our sizing charts prior to ordering.

💳 3. Global Pricing & Payments

  • Currency Base: All base prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless specified otherwise. For international customers, localized currency conversion displays are for reference only, and the final settlement will process in the authorized currency at checkout.

  • Price Modifications: Goonjasa reserves the right to modify pricing, promotional rates, and structural discounts at any time without prior notice.

  • Payment Gateways: We accept verified international debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), secured net banking, unified payment interfaces (UPI), and  "Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly unavailable" restricted to eligible domestic regions within India. 

🛍️ 4. Order Acceptance & Fraud Prevention

  • Confirmation Receipt: Receiving an electronic order confirmation via email or WhatsApp does not signify our final acceptance of your order. It merely confirms receipt of your purchase request.

  • Right of Cancellation: Goonjasa reserves the absolute right to decline, restrict, or cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

    • Logistics or shipping restrictions to your international location.

    • Product inventory exhaustion or sudden fabric unavailability.

    • Identification of pricing errors or system glitches.

    • Systems flags indicating suspicious, unauthorized, or potentially fraudulent transactions.

  • Note: If an order is canceled after payment processing, the full transaction amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

  • Measurement Accuracy: For products utilizing custom stitching, alterations, or bespoke tailoring, the client must provide precise, accurate body measurements.

  • Liability Limitation: Goonjasa cannot be held liable for fit or size-related issues stemming from incorrect dimensions shared by the customer.

  • Final Sale Rule: Custom-stitched, altered, or tailor-made garments are strictly classified as final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances unless a verified manufacturing defect is proven.

  • Proprietary Rights: All website layout designs, software code, text copy, graphic illustrations, brand logos, and high-resolution product imagery are the exclusive intellectual property of Goonjasa.

  • Import Liabilities: International buyers assume full financial responsibility for all customs duties, import tariffs, regional taxes, or clearing fees levied by their local authorities. Goonjasa is not responsible for transit delays caused by regional customs clearings.

🔄 10. Returns, Exchanges, and No-Refund Policy

  • Final Sale Scope: All purchases on goonjasa.com are final sale. Returns are evaluated exclusively for heavily damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Verification Mandate: To qualify for an exception review, you must contact support within 24 hours of delivery and provide an uncut, unedited unboxing video proving the package damage.
