At Goonjasa, we take pride in offering beautifully crafted ethnic wear that meets the highest standards of design and quality. To maintain these standards and ensure fairness, we have a strict return and refund policy.

1. General Return Policy

We accept returns exclusively for defective or incorrect products. We do not accept returns for reasons such as "change of mind," "personal dislike," or "minor color variations."

Returns are only accepted if:

  • You received an incorrect item (wrong product or size).

  • The product has visible manufacturing defects or damage.

  • Mandatory: You provide an uncut, clear unboxing video showing the issue.

  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item is shipped back within 1 day of receiving our approval.

2. No Exchange Policy

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any products after purchase. If you receive a defective item, it will be processed for a refund under the terms below.

3. Return Process – Step-by-Step

To initiate a return for a defective item:

  1. Initiate Request: Contact us via Email at goonjasacare@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 96876 48115 within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide Evidence: Include your Order ID and the mandatory uncut unboxing video clearly showing the defect.

  3. Approval: Once validated, we will provide return instructions.

  4. Shipping: The item must be shipped back within 1 day of approval. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was made by Goonjasa.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued after the returned item passes our quality inspection.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Refunded via NEFT/IMPS to your provided bank details.

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection approval.

5. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

To prevent misuse, we strictly require an uncut, clear unboxing video that shows:

  1. The sealed package being opened.

  2. The product and its packaging.

  3. The specific defect or damage. Failure to provide this video within 24 hours of delivery will result in the rejection of the return request.

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are in processing or customization. Cancellation requests may only be considered if made within 1 hour of order placement.
