1. Product Nature and Eligibility

All apparel items offered on goonjasa.com are crafted based on specific selections and measurements. Once delivered, items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. This applies to our entire collection:

  •  Women's Ethnic Wear: Saree, Dupatta, Lehenga Choli, Navratri Choli, Dhavani   Set,Gown, Kaftan, and Batawa
  •  Men's Wear: Mens Kurta, Kurta Set, Jacket Pant, and Linen collections.
  •  Kids & Contemporary: Kids Wear, Western Wear, Co-ord Set, and specialized       outfits for Haldi, Mehandi, and Chang ethnic events.
  •  Premium Fabrics: Custom outfits crafted from Linen and Knit fabric selections.

2. Sizing, Revisions, and Approvals

To ensure a flawless fit and design accuracy for your special occasions, we utilize a structured review process:

  • Review Cycle: Measurement confirmations and design details must be reviewed thoroughly before fabric cutting begins. It is the client's responsibility to verify all sizing charts and custom requirements.
  • Final Approval: Once production is approved and manufacturing begins, no structural modifications or alterations can be made to the order.

3. Structural and Material Constraints

  • Design Themes: The chosen fabric (including linen and knit fabric variants), embroidery style, and outfit theme cannot be altered once agreed upon during the pre-order discussion phase.
  • Alteration Limitations: Minor fit adjustments must be submitted as a single consolidated request. Major structural redesigns (e.g., changing a silhouette from a gown to a co-ord set) are not permitted post-production.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Production: Orders can only be canceled if the production or fabric-cutting team has not yet commenced work on your project. Contact customer support immediately for eligibility.
  • In-Production: Once the tailoring, cutting, or customization process begins, the order cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.

5. Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: A 100% advance payment is required to initiate any custom design, tailoring, or shipping workflow.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made to goonjasa.com are strictly non-refundable once production commences or delivery is fulfilled.

6. Support and Assistance

If you receive an item with manufacturing defects or shipping damage, please contact our support team immediately. We will provide guidance, adjustments, or alternative solutions to ensure your complete satisfaction.
