• Custom Stitching: Orders requiring custom stitching, tailoring, or alterations may require up to 1 to 3 business days depending on the level of customization.

• Fulfillment Prerequisite: Processing begins only when all necessary details are available in the order, including a complete and verified delivery address.

• Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

📦 2. Domestic Shipping (India)

• Coverage: We offer shipping across all major cities, towns, and regions in India, covering over 25,000+ PIN codes.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 7 business days post-dispatch. Rural or remote area deliveries may take slightly longer.

• Shipping Partners: Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and other highly reputed logistics providers.

• Shipping Charges: Free Shipping across India. All products on Goonjasa are priced inclusive of GST and shipping charges. No hidden costs—the price you see is the final price you pay.

• Payment Modes: Both Prepaid Orders and “Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available" "for domestic destinations.

• Global Delivery: We ship worldwide to most major international destinations, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, and many more.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days, varying by country-specific zones.

• Shipping Charges: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total product weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

• Customs & Duties: All international shipments originate from India. International customers are fully responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by their destination country. Goonjasa will not be held responsible for transit delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

• Immediate Updates: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an Email and a WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and courier details.

• Live Monitoring: You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s official website or through the live tracking link provided in your shipping notification.

🚫 5. Undelivered Packages / Missed Deliveries

If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to:

• An incorrect shipping address or contact number.

• Repeated delivery attempts without success by the carrier.

• Refusal to accept the delivery at the destination.

Our team will contact you to arrange a re-attempted shipment. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply to resend the package.
