All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 Hours from Monday to Saturday (Business days) after confirmation.
Orders with custom stitching or alterations may require up to 1–3 business days depending on the level of customization.
Processing begins only when all necessary details available in order. like address should be complete.

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

📦 Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer shipping across all major cities, towns, and regions in India, covering over 25,000+ pin codes.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–7 business days post-dispatch

Customs & Duties:

Goonjasa will not be responsible for delays due to customs clearance

🚫 Undelivered Packages / Missed Deliveries

If your package is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address or contact number
Repeated delivery attempts without success
Refusal to accept delivery

we will contact you to re-attempt shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
