Data Deletion Request
In accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and applicable privacy regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected through our app or services.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your data in the following ways:
- Via Facebook: Go to your Facebook profile > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, find our app, and click the Send Request button.
- Via Email: Send a data deletion request to us at goonjasainternational@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your name and the email address associated with your account.
What Happens After You Submit a Request
Once we receive your data deletion request:
- We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 hours.
- You will receive a confirmation number and a link to track the status of your request.
- We will process and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain certain data.
- If we are unable to delete certain data, we will provide a legitimate justification in accordance with applicable law.
What Data We Delete
Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete all personal data associated with your account, including but not limited to:
- Your name and contact information
- Your order history and purchase data
- Any preferences or account settings
